RESUMO

Soil health is essential for whirling stale soil into rich coffee-growing land. By keeping healthy soil, coffee producers may improve plant growth, leaf health, buds, cherry and bean quality, and yield. Traditional soil monitoring is tedious, time-consuming, and error-prone. Enhancing the monitoring system using AI-based IoT technologies for quick and precise changes. Integrated soil fertility control system to optimize soil health, maximize efficiency, promote sustainability, and prevent crop threads using real-time data analysis to turn infertile land into fertile land. The RNN-IoT approach uses IoT sensors in the coffee plantation to collect real-time data on soil temperature, moisture, pH, nutrient levels, weather, CO2 levels, EC, TDS, and historical data. Data transmission using a wireless cloud platform. Testing and training using recurrent neural networks (RNNs) and gated recurrent units gathered data for predicting soil conditions and crop hazards. Researchers are carrying out detailed qualitative testing to evaluate the proposed RNN-IoT approach. Utilize counterfactual recommendations for developing alternative strategies for irrigation, fertilization, fertilizer regulation, and crop management, taking into account the existing soil conditions, forecasts, and historical data. The accuracy is evaluated by comparing it to other deep learning algorithms. The utilization of the RNN-IoT methodology for soil health monitoring enhances both efficiency and accuracy in comparison to conventional soil monitoring methods. Minimized the ecological impact by minimizing water and fertilizer utilization. Enhanced farmer decision-making and data accessibility with a mobile application that provides real-time data, AI-generated suggestions, and the ability to detect possible crop hazards for swift action.

RESUMO

The electrocardiogram (ECG) is a generally used instrument for examining cardiac disorders. For proper interpretation of cardiac illnesses, a noise-free ECG is often preferred. ECG signals, on the other hand, are suffering from numerous noises throughout gathering and programme. This article suggests an empirical mode decomposition-based adaptive ECG noise removal technique (EMD). The benefits of the proposed methods are used to dip noise in ECG signals with the least amount of distortion. For decreasing high-frequency noises, traditional EMD-based approaches either cast off the preliminary fundamental functions or use a window-based methodology. The signal quality is then improved via an adaptive process. The simulation study uses ECG data from the universal MIT-BIH database as well as the Brno University of Technology ECG Quality Database (BUT QDB). The proposed method's efficiency is measured using three typical evaluation metrics: mean square error, output SNR change, and ratio root mean square alteration at various SNR levels (signal to noise ratio). The suggested noise removal approach is compatible with other commonly used ECG noise removal techniques. A detailed examination reveals that the proposed method could be served as an effective means of noise removal ECG signals, resulting in enhanced diagnostic functions in automated medical systems.

RESUMO

Introduction: Due to the complexity of symptoms in major depressive disorder (MDD), the majority of depression scales fall short of accurately assessing a patient's progress. When selecting the most appropriate antidepressant treatment in MDD, a multidimensional scale such as the Hamilton Depression Rating scale (HAM-D) may provide clinicians with more information especially when coupled with unidimensional analysis of some key factors such as depressed mood, altered sleep, psychic and somatic anxiety and suicidal ideation etc. Methods: HAM-D measurements were carried out in patients with MDD when treated with two different therapeutic interventions. The prespecified primary efficacy variables for the study were changes in score from baseline to the end of the 12 weeks on HAM-D scale (i.e., ≤ 8 or ≥50% response). The study involved three assessment points (baseline, 6 weeks and 12 weeks). Results: Evaluation of both the absolute HAM-D scores and four factors derived from the HAM-D (depressed mood, sleep, psychic and somatic anxiety and suicidal ideation) revealed that the latter showed a greater promise in gauging the anti-depressant responses. Conclusion: The study confirms the assumption that while both drugs may improve several items on the HAM-D scale, the overall protocol may fall short of addressing the symptoms diversity in MDD and thus the analysis of factor (s) in question might be more relevant and meaningful.

RESUMO

Every human being has emotion for every item related to them. For every customer, their emotion can help the customer representative to understand their requirement. So, speech emotion recognition plays an important role in the interaction between humans. Now, the intelligent system can help to improve the performance for which we design the convolution neural network (CNN) based network that can classify emotions in different categories like positive, negative, or more specific. In this paper, we use the Ryerson Audio-Visual Database of Emotional Speech and Song (RAVDESS) audio records. The Log Mel Spectrogram and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) were used to feature the raw audio file. These properties were used in the classification of emotions using techniques, such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), CNNs, Hidden Markov models (HMMs), and Deep Neural Networks (DNNs). For this paper, we have divided the emotions into three sections for males and females. In the first section, we divide the emotion into two classes as positive. In the second section, we divide the emotion into three classes such as positive, negative, and neutral. In the third section, we divide the emotions into 8 different classes such as happy, sad, angry, fearful, surprise, disgust expressions, calm, and fearful emotions. For these three sections, we proposed the model which contains the eight consecutive layers of the 2D convolution neural method. The purposed model gives the better-performed categories to other previously given models. Now, we can identify the emotion of the consumer in better ways.

RESUMO

In this study, the intelligent computational strength of neural networks (NNs) based on the backpropagated Levenberg-Marquardt (BLM) algorithm is utilized to investigate the numerical solution of nonlinear multiorder fractional differential equations (FDEs). The reference data set for the design of the BLM-NN algorithm for different examples of FDEs are generated by using the exact solutions. To obtain the numerical solutions, multiple operations based on training, validation, and testing on the reference data set are carried out by the design scheme for various orders of FDEs. The approximate solutions by the BLM-NN algorithm are compared with analytical solutions and performance based on mean square error (MSE), error histogram (EH), regression, and curve fitting. This further validates the accuracy, robustness, and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

RESUMO

The present work demonstrates the design and implementation of a human-safe, portable, noninvasive device capable of predicting type 2 diabetes, using electrical bioimpedance and biometric features to train an artificial learning machine using an active learning algorithm based on population selection. In addition, there is an API with a graphical interface that allows the prediction and storage of data when the characteristics of the person are sent. The results obtained show an accuracy higher than 90% with statistical significance (p < 0.05). The Kappa coefficient values were higher than 0.9, showing that the device has a good predictive capacity which would allow the screening process of type 2 diabetes. This development contributes to preventive medicine and makes it possible to determine at a low cost, comfortably, without medical preparation, and in less than 2 minutes whether a person has type 2 diabetes.
